Paul has been coaching rowing to all levels from Learn to row up to national standard on the tideway for the past 16 years. Having himself rowed at a Competative National standard as well a being a qualified teacher, he is passionate about developing the sport within the community & making it accessible for all.

Lead Junior Coach: Nicholas Parnell
Having rowed competitively at a National level as a junior and as an adult Nick has 1st hand knowledge of the process & development of rowing from a young age through to adulthood.
Lead Junior Coach: Lloyd Seaman
Starting his competative rowing career as a junior Lloyd has competed at the world championships representing Ireland as well as reaching the finals at Henley in 2017. Loyd is also qualified in sport nutrition and takes a very holistic approach to sport & physical development. He is passionate about athletic development.
Head Adult Men’s & Junior Coach: Craig Judd
A true Artisan of the River Thames! Not only has he won Masters National Championships, but has also lived and worked on the river for the past 20 years. Craig brings with him a true understanding of the disciplines of the sport and a valuable knowledge of the river. Masters Mens & Junior Coach
Club Secretary & Junior Coach: Miranda Keane
Having Coxed and coached on the River Thames for more years than she cares to mention, Miranda brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the sport.
Junior Coach: Emily Ford
Having been both the captain and the Coach for her University Squad Emily knows first hand how to direct and motivate a crew towards a goal.
Adult & Junior Coach: Tanya Jaffe
Tanya has been with Team Keane from the very beginning. She has learnt to row with Paul as well as progress towards GB selection. Tanya has coached and coxed with the club and has a thorough understanding of the river and principles of the club.
Women’s Captain & Junior Coach: Nicki McMillan
As a valued member of our womens squad Nicki understands first hand the ethos and approach our club takes to participation in the sport of rowing. With Nicki’s experience managing teams in sport she brings a professional and warm character to the role.
Welfare Officer: Alan Kunna
Alan has been a supporter, participant and volunteer for Team Keane since it began! As an Educational professional, Alan brings a strong and informed understanding for the individual in the team.
Club Chairman: Ken Creighton
Ken has led a variety of teams and boards in a career focused on international standards. Originally from the United States, he has lived in London for 20 years and is the father of two Team Keane rowers.
He won two US National Championships in rowing and was the 1989 Captain of Green Lake Crew in Seattle and the Commodore of The University of California, Berkeley crew team in 1993.

Club Treasurer; Paul Sangster
After working in the City for more years than he’d like to admit, Paul recently hung up his boots from full time work as a project manager and is now the Team Keane treasurer. He has limited rowing experience himself but has a son in the J15 squad.

Club Parent Representative; Judith Vassiliades
Judith Vassiliades is the Parent Support Rep for the Junior athletes at the club.
Spent 25 years living and working in Africa with a huge love for the outdoors, sport and being active.
I discovered rowing at club level as an adult and fell in love with the sport instantly. How happy was I when we discovered Team Keane via the Summer camps we and now my daughter is in the girls J14 squad. She shares the family passion for rowing and I love watching how the juniors are growing in confidence, mentally and physically through this sport and TKSS.
My day job, a Project Manager in HR & change management.
