Whether you want to be a recreational sculler or team up with others to train towards a racing goal in either Rowing or Sculling….its totally up to you!
Team Keane are here to support you all the way, whether it be specific coaching or equipment this is all available to help support you towards your goal.
As an advanced oarsman our basic membership will give you full access to our gym & equipment, entry to 2 time trial’s a month as well as an advanced coaching session with specific developmental feedback and training plan.
Basic Membership fee is £50 per month,
